At Avelify, we are committed to providing thoughtfully designed products and a seamless shopping experience.


Right to Cancel (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.


Returns

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, returns must be approved in advance.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
  • Products returned without prior approval
  • Items not in original condition

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.

We will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund

at no additional cost to you.


Refunds

Refunds are processed once:

  • The returned item is received and inspected, or
  • Your claim is approved (for damaged/incorrect items)

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind outside the 14-day cancellation period
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by customs or carriers beyond our control
  • Minor differences in color or appearance due to screen settings

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
